Spring is here and with it comes an assortment of fresh fruits and vegetables.
To prepare for what I lovingly call The Salad Challenge I am asking for your input in designing the blogs for next month. I will be posting 2 salad recipes a week for the month of May.
It is a month-long personal challenge I will be taking on to try and stay healthy and fit by adding more vegetables, healthy options and variety in my diet. My personal goal is to eat salads only for lunch at work, 5 days a week for the duration of next month.
